The 3-hectare land area was duly given to the school as ordered by Dr. Jesse M. Gomez, CESO VI, the Schools Division Superintendent during those years to Mr. Peter S. Condition/Status of the Institution

In good condition

Constraints/ Threats/ Issues/ Challenges:(Reasons for the Condition/Status)

The current and primary problem of the school is the insufficient number of classrooms where one of its buildings is borrowed from the former mother school, Libacao National Forestry Vocational High School. Aside from this, the school is still waiting for the formal settlement and titling of its land areas covering the total number of 3 hectares given by the mother school. Since the school has limited land area, there is no more buildable space for future improvements as to the construction of additional classrooms.

Measures and Description of Safeguarding Measures Taken

To address the problem of the school's current situation, the School Planning Team (SPT) agreed during the Convergence Meeting to prioritize improvements relevant to the abovementioned problem of the school with the help and support of the stakeholders like LGU, PTA, Alumni, School Organizations and Private Individuals, the School is assured that the school's target will be achieved. Also, processing of land settlement and titling follows.

After thorough deliberation and analysis of the identified problems, the School Planning Team has come up with the Priority Improvement Areas which the school has to address in the next three years.
