White Background – represents harmony and tranquility among community members, particularly among those who work in schools and other stakeholders.
The Blue Color - symbolizes strength and courage.
Brown Color of Torch Handle, Circles and Stars- displays a nationalistic attitude.
Inside circle – serves as the learners having unending quest for knowledge.
Phrase ‘’ Education for all”- for all means that everyone in the community will have the equal opportunity to receive an education.
Flame of the torch- signifies the light which enables our learners to see the path toward a bright future.
Flame rays- symbolize light which spreads. As the learnings are expected to be distributed especially to the next generation.
Stars- allowing every learner realize his/her potentials and be the champion of his/her own community.
TYPES OF CULTURAL INSTITUTION
Formal Education
Naisud National High School strategically situated at the center of Barangay Naisud, Ibajay, Aklan with 5,992 square meters in total land area. The school is four kilometers away from Poblacion and is accessible for any land transportation.
It was July 1981 when the young people who desired for quality education and the success of the community for establishing Barangay High School was realized. The fruits of the labor of the Barangay Council and other highly respected individuals and in strong support system of the Barangay Council and Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) of the neighboring barangays of Regador, San Isidro, and Bugtongbato, the Naisud Barangay High School was established.
At present, Naisud National High School is equipped with 23 Junior High School Teachers and 8 Senior High School Teachers. Some of them have units in master’s in education, two (2) are taking Doctor in Education and others are Master’s Degree Graduates. The school has also one (1) Administrative Assistants, one (1) Provincial School Clerk, and two (2) General Service Utilities. The school offers Senior High School Program catering General Academic Strand (GAS) and Technical Vocational and Livelihood Tracks with specialization in Agricultural Crop Production, Cookery and Dressmaking Strands. Moreover, the school excels in academic, cultural, and sports which bring honor and fame to our school.
