Guinbaliwan Elementary School is an educational institution commits to take full responsibility of ensuring that every learner receives a quality education and equal opportunity in a child – friendly environment. Continuously commits to improve and ensure that learners are well rounded and self – directed lifelong individuals.:

II. NARRATIVE DESCRIPTION


Template:IndentGuinbaliwan Elementary School formerly named Guinbaliwan Primary School was established in 1924. The lot was donated by the late Sabas Macaldo, Liberato Rogando and Casiano Andrade on 1923. It has an area of 7, 316 square meters. It became a complete elementary in 1968 and held its first graduation ceremony.
