II. BIOGRAPHY
Mrs. Marilou M. Arcenio was born on October 8, 1948, in Odiongan, Romblon. At the age of six, her family migrated to Oriental Mindoro, where she took her elementary education at Roxas Elementary School and completed it in 1962. Likewise, she completed her secondary education at Romblon College in 1966 and her college degree at the private school dubbed Mountain View College in Valencia, Bukidnon; she completed her two-year program under the Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education (BSE) in 1968.
