II. BIOGRAPHY
Mrs. Teodora Inguin Nagal is the daughter of Jose Igharas Inguin and Leonela Nalangan Naig, married to Dioleto N. Nagal,. They were blessed with successful children namely; The eldest Rosalinda N. Armenio, a Mater Teacher married to Inrique Armenio, Clara N. Inosanto retired agriculturist in America, married to Orlando Inosanto, Jorge I. Nagal working as Radio operator, Theodora N. Nagal a Master teacher II marrieds to Dioleto Nagal, Josephine N. Nadua Master teacher I married to Ramon Nadua, Felino I. Nagal finish his Vocational course major in tailoring Married to Felixberta Nabayra Inguin, Joselito I. Nagal a retaired Agriculturist married to Maecon Cometa Inguin, Edgardo I. Nagal a High School graduate, Herbert I. Nagal a Farmer married to Malin Nagal, Perl grace N. Taparan working as Midwife married to Bernardo Taparan, Johnlie I. Apolinario work as casual employee married to Jonarie Apolinario. She completed her Elementary Grades at Madalag Elementary from 1960 to 1966 and graduated as first honor. She studied her Secondary Education at Madalag Community High School in 1966 to 1970 and graduated as Class Salutatorian the first graduates of Madalag Community High School . She pursued her college education at Aklan College BSE Graduate-1970-1975, she graduated at Aklan College-Bachelor of Secondary Education (Inverted) 1985- 1985. She then pursued her Graduate Studies at Northwestern Visayan Colleges taking up Master of Arts in Education, (CAR) 1982-1987.
Mrs. Teodora I. Nagal started her career as Secondary School Teacher of Madalag Barangay High School from October 8, 1976 to March 5, 1977 as Provisional Substitute and designated as regular permanent in June 16, 1985. In June 17, 1985 to January 1, 1906 she serve as Elementary Grade School Teacher in Madalag, Elementary School and retired as Master Teacher II. Based on her service record her achievements served as an inspiration to Madalagnon where she started and retired her service in her municipality the district of Madalag.
After she retire as Public School teacher, she continued her service as religious volunteer. She had served as sacred heart of Jesus from 1985, Mother Butler Guild in 1903, Lectors and Commentators in 2006, Medalla Milagrosa Couple of Christ in 2008. A member of Madalag teachers League in 1984 to Present and Madalag Teachers Madalag Teachers Multi-Purpose Cooperative in 1992 to Present. During her term she attended several seminars and workshops, authored ordinances and sponsored scholarship to poor but deserving students and I am so proud to be one of the recipients. She adhered to the values as expected of her as a true blooded Libacaonon. She left the legacy of public service both as a teacher and as a public servant. A legacy that will last for generations.

III. SIGNIFICANCE
Historical – Teodora I. Nagal was one of the pioneers of Madalag Community High School. Mrs. Nagal graduated as class salutatorian of batch 1970. Their batch was the first to graduate in Madalag Community High School. After passing the board exam for teachers, she serve as District Health Coordinator in 1985 to 1987, District LRC Coordinator in 1987 to 1990, District English Coordinator and Chairman of District Assessment in 1991 to 2006.
Socio-Political – A great woman and a dedicated public servant of Madalag that rendered the best service and recognize by her fellow Madalagnons. She became a Municipal Librarian, administrative assistant and barangay nutritionist at the year 1996 to 2006.
Spritual – After her retirement she was involve in different religious organizations. In 1985 she was a treasurer of Sacred Heart of Jesus. At the year 2003 she was elected as auditor of Mother Butler Guild. She became the President of Medalla Millagrosa at the year 2008 and became a member of Couples for Christ at 1993 and in Lectors and commentators in the year 2006.
