-Social: Colonel Lucero Taladtad Oren served as the guest speaker during the Regador Elementary School’s Commencement Exercises in the year 2017 where he shared his experiences and techniques on how to become a successful person. He also inspired young people about possibilities in the future as well as broadening their horizons to see the world outside their community.

 Spiritual: Colonel Lucero Taladtad Oren sponsors the mass as a way of offering appreciation for the blessings received all year long on the 14th of June each year as part of the Regador Barangay & Religious Fiesta in honor of Saint Anthony de Padua.
 Economic: Education is hampered if classrooms are unsuitable for learning due to bad conditions and some inadequate educational facilities in the school. Regarding this, the school is fortunate to have a very helpful stakeholder like him who is always willing to assist and donate what is required in our school because he believes that fulfilling the needs of the students and the school is an essential condition for achieving the goal of high-quality education.
